This is not a complicated application we only need a basic feature like:
-Client,Customer package tracking
-Generate Package barcodes
-SMS Automated Notification
-Update Delivery Status
-Admin panel reports
Role based for:
Driver, Clients, Customer, Admin
See the company is a mediary between clients and customers based
I want tracking for clients and for customers both.
Clients need package tracking as well
Customers need package tracking as well
System should generate barcodes that clients print and paste on packages which should be scanned via phone to update in systems for where the package is.
Customer end wants tracking like
In warehouse
Out for delivery
Returned to warehouse
Delivered etc
Sometimes riders take COD which has to be returned to clients - record of it should remain
Riders take dilevery charges separately from clients - record of it should remain
The no. Of packages a rider is assigned from the warehouse after scanning it to his app, those customers for the day should get automated whatsapp notifications that the rider is out for delivery with their package.
In case of package return to warehouse due to any reason and it is again scanned the next day for delivery should be recorded that it is the second time it is out
Riders can click and save in case of delivery failure the reason of failure through drop down and it should get updated for client and customer end both
