Convert existing private php system into SaaS package for comercial use

I’d like to package our web solution as a SaaS offering with global potential.
Our contribution is:
- 20 years industry expertise that resulted in the development of the system
- 26 years sales experience
- a working and very useful system that can be applied to any industry. It does not need reinventing, just copied and repackaged.
What am looking for a coding partner with revenue share who will package it into a SaaS system which we will take to market.
Our industry and sales experience ensures the expertise, connections and drive needed to successfully market this product.
The product is standalone, web-based system that could link to any company’s existing website.
It is relatively basic but could be further developed as we see fit.
After fair much research, I have found nothing like it other then a few very involved and very expensive systems which are not viable for the majority of the market.
A few people have suggested to rewrite in react.
Please advise any potential partners.
