Convert Web App to Mobile

I already have a fully-functional web application with a tidy codebase and thorough documentation. The task is to transform that existing project into mobile apps for both iOS and Android while keeping the current design exactly as it is.

Beyond the direct conversion, I want to take advantage of mobile-only capabilities by adding:
• Push notifications for real-time user updates
• GPS/location tracking where the web version currently relies on manual entry

You are free to use React Native, Flutter, Capacitor, or another cross-platform solution—as long as the final result feels native on each platform and faithfully mirrors the web interface.

Deliverables
• iOS build ready for TestFlight and App Store submission
• Android build ready for Play Console submission
• Updated source code with clear setup instructions
• Documentation on how push notifications and GPS features were implemented

Once the apps pass store review, the project is complete. Let’s get my web app smoothly onto phones.
