Confidential Venting Mobile Chat App

I’m building a mobile application that gives people a truly confidential place to unload whatever is on their mind. The core experience is a simple, friction-free one-on-one chat: users open the app, match with a listener, and talk freely without worrying that their words will ever be exposed.
Privacy sits at the heart of the project, so every message must be protected with end-to-end encryption. I’m open to additional privacy layers such as anonymous display names or minimal server logging, but the encryption piece is non-negotiable and should be baked in from day one.
Here’s what I’d like delivered:
• A clean, intuitive iOS and Android app (React Native or Flutter is fine) featuring an encrypted real-time chat screen.
• A lightweight backend that brokers the connection but never stores decrypted content.
• Source code and brief setup documentation so I can run the stack in my own cloud.
