I'm looking for a skilled developer or a team to create a comprehensive HR Payroll SAAS Application, accessible via both a Web Portal and a Mobile App. The application will be subscription based, tailored for administrator and employee usage, with a dedicated web portal for the SAAS admin.
Features:
- Web App for Admin: Onboarding process including offer and appointment letters, employee detail tracking, payslip generation, tax declaration approval, attendance and leave monitoring, and offboarding processes.
- Web App for Employees: Access to personal details, payslips and CTC, tax declaration, and submitting attendance and leave requests.
- Mobile App for Employees: Similar to the web app, but on mobile, including employee details, payslips, CTC, and the ability to submit attendance and leave requests.
Authentication:
- The application will utilize Single Sign-On (SSO) for user authentication, requiring experience in implementing secure and seamless SSO integrations.
Integration:
- There may be a need for the application to integrate with existing HR systems, so experience with system integrations and flexibility to adapt to potential changes is crucial.
