Comprehensive Food Delivery App Suite

I am building a complete food-delivery ecosystem that covers every side of the business: the customer-facing mobile app, a dedicated rider app, a shop-keeper/restaurant app, and a web-based admin panel.

Mobile scope
• Customer app for both iOS and Android that lets users browse menus, place orders, pay, and track deliveries in real time.
• Rider app that shows assigned orders, optimal routes, and status updates.
• Shop-keeper app where restaurants can accept or reject orders, update preparation times, and monitor payout history.

Admin panel
The browser-based dashboard will be used by my internal team to manage the entire operation. It must include:
• Order management – live order board, manual reassignment, cancellation overrides.
• User management – create, suspend, or edit rider, restaurant, and customer accounts.
• Analytics & reporting – sales metrics, delivery performance, user growth, and payout summaries.

Tech expectations
Clean, well-documented code (any modern stack such as React Native / Flutter for mobile, Laravel / Node / Django for the back end is fine as long as it is scalable). Push notifications, secure payment gateway integration, and GDPR-compliant data handling are essential.

Deliverables
1. Source code for all three mobile apps plus the admin panel.
2. One-click deployment scripts or clear server setup guide.
3. Basic UI/UX aligned with current food-delivery standards.
4. Final build uploads to App Store & Google Play, ready for review.
5. Short video or written walkthrough for the admin workflow.
