Launch a functional prototype to onboard chefs and allow users to browse and place basic orders — a simple, fast version to validate the concept and gather early feedback.

1. React Native App or flutter

OTP-based login and signup (via Firebase or custom API)

Basic user profile with name, phone, and address

Chef listing page showing photo, name, cuisine, and rating placeholder

Simple order form to request a chef or place an order


Static payment confirmation (with optional Razorpay test integration)

2. Django Backend

Approve or reject chef onboarding requests
