Business Collaboration Networking App Development
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m building a mobile app whose sole purpose is to make business collaborations effortless. Think of it as a private space where companies and professionals can find one another, start a joint project on the spot and keep every discussion, file and deadline in one clean workflow—no job-hunting clutter, no generic “add connection” noise.
Core collaboration features I need
• Project management tools – lightweight Kanban or task-list boards, file attachments and progress tracking against milestones.
• Group chat functionality – real-time, searchable conversations tied to each project, with push notifications and basic admin controls.
• Event scheduling – an in-app calendar that lets users propose, confirm and sync meetings or launch dates, with automatic reminders.
Look & feel
The interface must be undeniably professional and corporate: restrained color palette, crisp typography, subtle motion, and a dashboard-style home screen that places active projects front and center. Before coding, I’d like a clickable Figma or Adobe XD prototype so we can lock styling and flows.
Tech expectations
I’m aiming for a cross-platform build (React Native or Flutter are both fine) backed by a scalable, well-documented API (Node.js, Django or similar). Clean, modular code, Git version control and clear setup instructions are non-negotiable.
Deliverables
1. High-fidelity UX/UI prototype approved by me.
2. Fully functional iOS and Android apps with the three core features above.
3. README with build/run steps, API docs and a short test plan.
4. Post-launch support window to iron out critical bugs.
Acceptance criteria
• All three collaboration features operate smoothly on current iOS and Android versions.
• UI matches approved prototype within reasonable pixel variance.
• No critical or high-severity bugs in the first two weeks after release.
