Build an app with me on react native or flutter.

I am looking for someone who has experience in react native or flutter to create an app. The web version of that app is already there and we need to create an app for it.
React native or flutter are the two frameworks I want to use for this. But I need your expertise in deciding which one will be best for our use case and why?
I am also a developer and created the web version and need help with ios and android app.
Looking for someone with full-time availability i.e 30+hrs/week.
It will be a long-term engagement and I will be paying weekly or monthly however you like it.
