Nextdoor is developing the next generation QSR with pan-India
reach serving global cuisine at affordable prices. It will be one of a
kind Multi-Cuisine Omni-channel restaurant chain seamlessly
present from Takeaway to Dining to Delivery integrated through a
common platform:
• Nextdoor intends to create a platform for their customers to interact
with them for all forms of consumption - Delivery, Takeaway &
Dining.
• As it grows, Nextdoor intends to build the channel to push their
white label packaged products as well besides our QSR offerings.

The platform will be used by:
• Age group of 15-44 years
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities
• Internet savvy with 4G handset
• Eats out once in a while or more
• Social Media Presence

The idea behind the platform development is:
• Online food delivery is still on a growth trajectory but current
delivery business models are failing and hence the rise of D2C
brands including ours.
• Differentiated proposition which will further enable our franchise
expansion plans.
• A robust touchpoint for the customer with brand will lead to a better
CLV and customer experience.
• Enhance efficiency in food production through building
operationally parallel tech.
• Builders & CPs will connect over iOS & Android applications
• CP will have a CRM on WEB
• Admin CRM/Admin panel will be a web portal


2. Overview of the Need:
• This need is to design & develop an app for Android & IOS, along with
an admin panel.
• The food ordering app will be used by the customers to order food from
their favourite restaurants for takeaways/delivery by making online
payment through the app. Or, to book a table and then order food from
the table in the restaurant via the app and pay over it using secure
payment gateway.
• To manage the above mentioned orders the restaurants will have their
own admin panels which they will use to publish their menu and then
receive orders from the customers for takeaways or from their tables.
• The entire functioning of the food ordering and transaction process will
me monitored and managed by a super admin using a super admin
panel synced with the mobile app and restaurant admin panel.

The design & development will start from scratch and will be custom for
Client
• Hosting of the platforms will be done over cloud based servers like AWS,
GCP or Azure
• The features of the app and the admin panel to be described in detail over call.
