Bring updates to a react-native android application

We want to make updates to this android app which has been created using the React-native platform. It works as a third-party API-based application to Spotify, its functionality is to use Spotify’s API and automatically make playlists for the user. Its back-end is an ML model which is written in python, that makes Spotify API calls and then delivers the result to the front end of the app. This backend is hosted on a HEROKU server.
You must have proper knowledge and experience in the field of APIs. You will be provided with the source code.

The changes to be made are as follows:

Feature Updates
* Updating the back-end with a new dataset to improve ML model accuracy
* Display a warning message before user backs while it is loading

Server Hosting
* Host backend to a new server (Like AWS or Firebase)

Bugs and Problems
* The liked songs button (when > 100 songs) has a bug where the screen is stuck at loading
* Screen freezes for some time when sorting is complete

Code
* Optimize the code structure
* Provide SRS Documentation of the Project
