Blur and ScreenShot Detection in ReactNative

In React Native, given a file path, I need a library to get a blur and screenshot score for an image. It has to support HEIC, JPG and PNG.

Constraints / Preferences:
- Pure JS implementation
- You cannot use "document" or "window" objects
