Bluetooth Air Purifier Companion App

Job ID: 39880685

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a developer who can build a clean, reliable mobile app that connects to my Bluetooth-enabled air purifier and makes its data useful on both iOS and Android. The purifier already broadcasts the Air Quality Index and current filter status; your job is to capture those values, show them live, and keep a local history so I can review trends over time.

Core requirements
• Cross-platform build (one codebase) that pairs with the device over BLE, automatically reconnecting when the purifier is in range.
• A real-time dashboard that updates the AQI and filter status instantly.
• Secure, lightweight local storage of readings so I can swipe back through charts and see how air quality has changed.
• Straightforward UI: no clutter—just live numbers, a simple line graph for historical data, and a filter health indicator.

Technical notes
I’m comfortable with React Native or Flutter, whichever you prefer, as long as the Bluetooth Low Energy handling is rock-solid. For data persistence, an on-device store such as SQLite, Core Data, or Hive is fine. I will supply the purifier’s BLE service/characteristic UUIDs and sample packets once we start.

Deliverable
A fully compiled iOS and Android app plus source code, build instructions, and a short README explaining how to change the UUIDs if future purifier models differ.

If you’ve tackled BLE data collection or IoT companion apps before, I’d love to see a quick example.
