Blood Donor Match Mobile App

I need a full-stack mobile application that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The core idea is simple: patients register their need, donors register their availability, and the system matches the two in real time by blood group. Once a match is found, the donor receives an immediate push notification and can either confirm or decline within a defined time window.

Key workflow
• New users create an account as either “Patient” or “Donor”.
• During sign-up we capture essential data: name, contact, location, blood group, and (for donors) typical availability slots.
• The backend continuously compares active patient requests to the donor pool and triggers notifications when compatibility criteria are met.
• A donor’s response—accept or decline—is logged, and the patient record updates accordingly so we always know whether the request has been fulfilled or still pending.

Deliverables
• Cross-platform mobile app (React Native, Flutter, or Swift/Kotlin pair—your call as long as both stores approve it).
• Secure backend with user authentication, GDPR-compliant data storage, and a simple admin dashboard to view live requests.
• Real-time matching algorithm based strictly on blood group plus an adjustable radius parameter.
• Push notification setup for iOS and Android, including the confirmation/decline time window flow.
• Basic UI/UX design that makes registration and response effortless; no elaborate branding required at this stage.
• Source code, build instructions, and a short handover video walkthrough.

Acceptance criteria
1. A new patient can post a request in under one minute.
2. A compatible donor receives a push notification within five seconds of request submission (using test data).
3. Donor responses update the patient’s status in real time on both devices.
4. App passes App Store and Play Store submission checks.
