Augmented Reality of an existing API

I'm looking to enhance an existing Google Maps API with Augmented Reality (AR) capabilities. Specifically, I wish to use AR to create a data visualization feature for a mobile application. This would involve using the Google Maps ARCORE API to provide interactive interaction as well as represent data points in an easily understandable format.
