Audio library streaming apps and website

1. Project Title: Audio Books Streaming App and Website
2. Project Description
The website provides audio book owners to upload their audio book in mp3, wav and other audio format and publish their audio book to share with end users. End users use app in Android, IOS or web browser to listen to the audio books. You can see it as a audio version of Youtube, without some of the function like livestream, and ads management. For in the UI, you may assume something similar to the youtube.
Here, I use the term, Audio-er, as the member who upload their audio books and publish their audio book for public (end users) to listen.

Share Audio, share playlist (to messenger apps and social apps….)
User create playlist, support more then 1 play list, but 1 as default
Audio Player with caption and pictorial canvas
Listened history
subscription
setting (caching, car mode, audio quality, network for download, equaliser/voice enhancer, login optional….)

5. Audio-er Function
Audio Info
Upload audio
Enter audio info
Album upload with and without cue file,
Statistics of how many person listen to the audio, how many subcribers (similar to you tube function)
Playlist Creator
extract Audio to caption/text
extract video (with in-display caption) to caption/text
Other requirements, UI for app or website should work well according to tablet, mobile, portrait or landscape. Support multipler lanagues, audio, search and caption requirements is support English and Chinese for now.
6. Technical requirements(Try to use the latest versions of the libraries)
We will create GitHub repositories for developer to work on and we will see your progress on GitHub.
