App to book a video call with one of our consultants (pay for the booking) and purchase services

The basic idea of this app, is having users who can register/login using email password, facebook, instagram or gmail.
Once they register, they can book a video call consultation with one of our consultants. The first booking is free, but video call will have a limited time, lets say 20 minutes. And then they have to pay to book another video call consultation. Each video call will have time limit. The more they pay, the more time they get in the video call with our consultant. Let's say, 1 hour for $20 USD, 2 hours for $35, 3 hours for $30.
Users will create a profile, were they can submit files, like CV, ID to confirm their identity, Drivers License, light bill, etc.
And besides purchasing a consultation (video call of X minutes), they can also purchase services that will work as a case or investigation case, not exactly but something similar. Our services require that after they pay for one of our services, they have to send us some files, and once we receive those files we will start our work of investigation. We need a screen where they can see the progress of our investigation. Every time we advance, we will post the new progress, something like a timeline of progress. Let's say we offer Service A for $99 USD, user pays for it, that should appear under his Dashboard, under My Cases, there should be Service A and more if they purchase some others. When they click on service A, they should see the timeline progress, the first should say something like submit your files, and if they did, then it should say "Files Submitted", then the next line in the progress timeline should say something like Investigation Started... And then, after we have investigated some data, we will post under that case progress timeline a line that will say, Phase 1 started, Phase 1 under investigation, Phase 1 ended, and then in the same progress timeline be able to post links or a button to download a document. And so on, Phase 2, 3, etc, until we can add the same line in the progress timeline that says something like "Investigation has ended on July 4 2022" and provide data.
Each service or investigation case they decide to buy, will have a person of our company who will be assigned to that investigation case. That person will follow up that investigation case. So that means we need to have user roles in our app, user role for CLIENTS who are the ones paying for this investigation cases and for the consultation video calls booking, user role for CONSULTANT, which will be the ones attending the video calls or following up an investigation case service a client purchased from us, and user role for ADMINS who are the users that also work in our company and are the ones who will assign a CONSULTANT to a specific investigation case service.
