Add subscriptions to my React Native app and publish to stores

My app is currently using PayPal payments, I want someone to help me convert this into periodic subscriptions via Apple Store and Google Play.

There will be only one type of recurring subscription.

You have to have a long experience in this type of task, and should be able to show some proof as live examples in the stores.
