web based application (react.js) to detect handwriting on a specific region
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I would like to create an application to scan a handwriting text on a specific region and send after to a robot. so it should:
1) Can take a photo when the region of interest is detected (with tablet or smartphone especially IOS etc.)
2) Recognise the writing on the photo and automatically match each line of text to one of 10 predefined instructions.
3) can be send to a json file
Using google Cloud Vision API to detect precisely the handwritten text (or sth similar to have robust recognition)
