upgrade ReactJS 17 to 18 and update dependencies

I need help updating a ReactJS website application to work with React 18.x

As a freelance developer, you need to make the necessary updates according to the provided requirements and ensure the code is error-free, thoroughly tested, and can be run locally using the command "npm start". You will be required to submit two copies of your work: first, push your changes to the branch named "freelancer" in the above repo on GitHub, and second, submit a copy of your code here on-platform as a compressed (zip) file. When you upload the code, please also include screenshots or screen recording showing how you have tested it locally. Modifications to the package.json must be discussed and approved in advance.
DETAILED REQUIREMENTS:
I need the version of ReactJS update from 17 to 18, and also these related changes to be made:
1. Update "react-facebook-login": "^4.1.1" to @greatsumini/react-facebook-login
2. Remove the dependency on "@mui/material": "^5.4.0" and use custom CSS to preserve the same look and feel. There is only one component in one file that depends on this (TabBar.jsx).
When you update the versions, you have to go through all the code to update references to the old version to work with the new version, test it, and ensure full functionality and appearance are preserved.
