reactjs nextjs code upload images to frames

let's say i have 3 frames on a page and 4 given folders of images in database, each folder contains 10+ different images.
I need reactjs nextjs code to choose 1 random folder from those 4, then select random images inside that chosen folder and upload to those 3 frames.
images in frames can not be duplicated and should be in center of both dimensions of the frame
each time i refresh the page, new images will appear in those 3 frames
