- the LeftGrid.js MUI card should be fixed-position like the Linkedin card;
- the FilterMenu.js MUI tabs should work like the Airbnb tabs;
- the [locationId].js routes should work for all params in /api/locations, use lowercase, and replace symbols with a dash;
- the /api/locations should only return the requested data at a time;
- the next-sitemap.js should generate robots.txt & sitemap files;
- the next.js internationalization should be auto-detected and dynamic;
- the app should be translated using the AWS translate API;
