Product Research site [front and back end] Outline
General goal: A commercial website where people can find ‘winning products’ which is backed up by
data. ‘Winning product’ is a term that means products that have been working out for others, and we can
figure that out with data from other sites and ads… etc. Users can get a free trial before they subscribe to
a plan. What the free trial is, is set by the admin in the admin panel. [More on that later]
Scrape ads off social media platforms. The first platform would be tiktok and we would add more social
media platforms in future phases.
After collecting ads off social media, find/follow the links from the social media platform and remove any
link from the list that leads to a website that is not hosted by shopify. Find the product on aliexpress, if we
cannot. Remove the link from the list. Then using the information to create a winning product listing with
linkage of the video, their product page and aliexpress listing.
The user will have access to the tiktok ads catalog where they see all the winning product listings. There
they can filter through the ads.

This will be a commercialized software where the user will get a free trial for X amounts of days
(customizable) and after they can choose to pay for a monthly subscription to keep using it.
● With or without need for credit card (customizable)
● Place for them to sign up for the subscription
● Basic basic info like email, password and CC (if needed)
● Dashboard for users to see the catalog
Admin can create plans and all the features are permission based and charge different prices for them
● Phase 1 - 1 plan total for the same price per month. (subscription.
Stripe and paypal connection for users to pay for the subscription.
● Stats for the admin on subscriptions and user retention
