modify the code to display the items on a map

I need to modify the attached code to display the items on a map, instead of the raw json like it displays currently. The full source code of the application is attached, and also the screenshot of how it looks currently. This is a quick-hit project, I expect completion in 1 to 2 hours and very small budget. Possible additional work after successful completion.
