We are building Go4Job.org, a SaaS platform that automates job searching and applications using Artificial Intelligence. Our mission is to help job seekers optimize their CVs, generate personalized cover letters, apply automatically to multiple job offers, and track their applications in one place.

We already have a requirements document and an initial technical setup (Bolt.new, Supabase, Firebase). Now, we need an experienced full-stack expert to bring the platform to life.

Scope of Work
• Develop a scalable and secure SaaS platform (React / Node.js / Supabase / Firebase).
• Implement AI features for:
• CV parsing and ATS scoring.
• Personalized cover letter generation.
• Candidate - job matching with scoring.
• Interview simulations (chatbot).
• Build a user dashboard (clear tracking, notifications, analytics).
• Develop an admin back-office (user management, subscriptions, reporting).

Integrate international and African payment solutions (CinetPay, FedaPay, KKiaPay, Paystack, Flutterwave).
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and PCI-DSS.
• Deploy on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring.

Deliverables
• MVP (job search automation, ATS optimization, payments).

Phase 2: Interview simulation, advanced ATS, admin panel.
Phase 3: Predictive analytics, 1-click applications, referral system.

Required Skills
• React, Node.js, TypeScript, Vite.
• Supabase, Firebase, PostgreSQL.
• AI/NLP (OpenAI API, Hugging Face, ATS optimization).
• Payment integration (global + African mobile money aggregators).
• Cloud & DevOps (microservices, CI/CD, monitoring).
• Strong knowledge of SaaS security & compliance.

Expertise Level

Expert (5+ years building SaaS platforms).
• Previous experience with job/recruitment platforms is a plus.

Project Scope
• Medium to Large: multi-month project (initial MVP in 1–2 months, further extensions possible).

Budget
Fixed price or hourly – to be discussed based on freelancer’s expertise and project scope.

Location
Open to global freelancers.

Experience with African markets/payments is a strong plus.
