White-Label Chatwoot Omnichannel Upgrade
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already run a self-hosted Chatwoot instance and now want to turn it into a polished, Respond.io-style omnichannel platform that I can white-label for clients.
The work is three-fold:
• UI/UX – Give the dashboard layout, chat interface and user-settings pages a modern SaaS look, ensure full responsiveness, and add an easy switch for brand colours, logos and custom domains.
• Integrations
– Build native connectors for the major social media channels, hook the inbox to popular CRMs, and open the door to additional third-party messaging apps through API/webhook-based plugins. All integrations must be selectable from an admin panel with minimal setup steps.
• Extra features – I’d like role-based permissions, advanced reporting, smart routing/assignment, and a simple way to package the platform for multi-tenant deployments.
Please work directly in the existing Ruby on Rails / React codebase, commit to Git, and supply clear setup docs plus a Docker image so I can spin up staging and production servers quickly. Final delivery will be accepted once the redesigned UI renders correctly on desktop and mobile, each integration connects and exchanges messages without errors, and the new features perform as described across at least two live channels.
