I've developed a web reputation service aimed at assisting businesses in achieving better ratings on Google. For this, I require a client dashboard that provides insights into their Google listings and enables them to respond to Google reviews for their various establishments. The dashboard needs to integrate with the ChatGPT API, allowing our software to offer suggestions for responses. Additionally, it should have the capability to handle responses to patient feedback emails. I have created Figma mockups for the dashboard design, and I also have a video showcasing a tool with some similar functionalities to what I envision. Client Management: Overview and management (add, edit, delete) of clients and their establishments.
CSV File Management: Ability to access and manage CSV files uploaded by clients in the "Campaign" section.
