I need to create a React website with optimized design for all types of devices, including mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers with different screen sizes.
The main focus will be on designing the Support Area with a chat feature, but it won't be active; it will only simulate a chat. When a chat is sent, the message should appear in the chat (simulated only).
Additional pages include Login and Register.
All of this needs to be built using React.
