1. People are submitting information twice for some reason (fix this)
2. Move database to RDS and use RDS as the database
3. Date Change - Create 3 fields in the database Month (Drop Down of Months), Date and Year (Do not allow anything before 1900). The calendar is still popping up and people complaining on this (Fix this)
