Website Finalization & Launch Prep. / “Finalize, verify, and polish an existing website into a clean, production-ready release.”
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I already have a working beta of the site — what I need now is a meticulous pass to turn that build into a polished, production-ready release.
Your focus will be on verification, visual consistency, and layout improvement.
The site structure and content are already complete; this phase is about refinement and readiness.
Your responsibilities include:
Verify every project file to ensure nothing is missing, duplicated, or misnamed before deployment.
Audit and refine the user interface, improving the overall aesthetic and cohesion of the design.
Replace or adjust low-quality stock visuals with fresh, professional-grade images that better match the site’s tone.
Tighten responsiveness across devices (phones, tablets, and desktops).
Update and improve header, footer, and drop-down navigation, including new affiliate tab placeholders.
Run full functionality and UI tests, flagging and resolving regressions or missing assets.
Confirm content formatting and accuracy, ensuring each page displays correctly once live.
When you hand it back, I expect:
A clean, documented project folder or repo (Git or Zip) ready to upload to production.
A brief report summarizing any fixes, design adjustments, and remaining minor recommendations.
The project is confidential.
All files and details will be provided only after an NDA is signed. Communication and progress updates are required at each key stage, especially during layout and photo approval.
Timeline: 3–5 days once files are shared.
Payment: Fixed price only, agreed upon before work begins.
