Website Enhancement and Improvement

As an owner of a built website, I am currently looking for an expert freelancer to help in rectifying several missing parts of my site. Here are the areas needed to be fixed:

1. Revamping the website's overall look and feel
2. Rectifying the existing username and password login system with Firebase
3. Constructing a container div specifically for OpenAI inclusion (You will just create API call to OpenAI and store answer in our database ) I will give you link for the API.
4. Incorporating language support or localization feature
5. Connecting the website effectively with the database firebase

I greatly value past experience in similar projects. An ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in website design and development, Firebase, OpenAI integration, language support feature addition, as well as solid experience in database connectivity.
