**User Modules:**
1. User Registration/Login: Enable secure user registration and login.
2. Bus Route Search: Allow users to find routes based on origin, destination, date, and time.
3. Schedule Viewing: Display available schedules matching user search criteria.
4. Seat Selection: Enable users to pick available seats.
5. Booking Confirmation: Issue email, WhatsApp and SMS confirmations upon successful bookings.
6. Profile Management: Let users manage profiles, view booking history, and update personal info.
7. Coupons and Offers: Allow users to apply coupons and avail offers during booking.
**Admin Modules:**
1. Dashboard: Provide admins with an intuitive interface to manage bookings, routes, schedules, and users.
2. Bus Management: Allow addition, editing, or removal of bus routes, schedules, and seat availability.
3. Booking Management: Provide tools for viewing and managing user bookings, including cancellation and refunds.
4. User Management: Facilitate user account management, including user details and inquiries.
**Payment Gateway Integration:**
1. Implement a secure payment gateway supporting various methods like credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI payment and digital wallets.
**Notification System:**
1. Set up email, Whatsapp and SMS notifications for booking confirmations, reminders, and updates.
2. Notify users promptly about any changes to their bookings or schedules.
**Security Measures:**
1. Implement stringent security protocols to safeguard user data and payment information.
2. Ensure compliance with industry-standard security regulations.
