Web3 Real Estate Development

We are building a Web3-based real estate rental platform that enables secure cryptocurrency payments for rent and deposits across Ethereum, Polygon and Solana. The platform includes a responsive React/Next.js frontend, a Node.js/TypeScript backend, smart contract integration, and a dedicated admin dashboard with analytics. It will support multi-chain transactions, wallet authentication, dark/light mode UI, and full mobile responsiveness. The goal is to transform traditional rental processes into a secure, scalable, and decentralized system. We are seeking experienced Web3 and full-stack developers who can improve and productionize an existing demo into a robust live platform.

We have a demo at the moment, but it's only structured and few factors work actually.
