I want a basic demo using OpenAI assistants API and its retrieval function.
Will provide OPENAI ID and assistants id

2.1 a web UI to chat with
2.2 a specific file which is provided as knowledge file(will provide it below)
2.3 Use Simplied Chinese to chat
