Web App for Internal Communication

I'm looking for a web application that will facilitate making and receiving calls, while also storing crucial information for internal communication.

The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in building web applications with integrated communication systems, as well as a strong understanding of database management for storing user profiles and call logs. The ability to create a user-friendly interface is also essential, as this web app will be used for internal communication across the company.
Please note, the method of user authentication has not yet been decided. A proposal for a suitable authentication system would be appreciated.
