We're on the lookout for a skilled web app developer to build an AI-powered app designed for a medical clinic. This app will help doctors and nurses by making patient consultations easier to capture and understand.
What We Need:
1) Real-time Audio Transcription: The app should start recording when a doctor begins talking with a patient and instantly convert that speech into text.
2) Medical Text Simplification: The app will use AI to simplify the medical jargon from the transcribed text, so it's easier for patients to understand.
3) Session Management: Once a session is over (when the "Stop" button is pressed), the app will finalize the transcription in under 60 seconds. The simplified text will be ready for the doctor to review.
4) Approval and Communication: After the doctor reviews the summary, they can approve it. The summary will then be automatically emailed to both the clinic's front desk and the patient.
Technical Skills We're Looking For:
- AI and GPT Integration: You should know how to integrate AI and GPT models to process and simplify text.
- Real-time Audio Processing: Experience with recording and transcribing audio in real-time is a must.
- MERN Stack: Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) is needed for development.
- AWS: Familiarity with AWS for hosting and cloud solutions is required.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with healthcare tech or AI-powered apps.
- Understanding of data security and HIPAA compliance (or similar standards).
- Previous work with real-time systems and audio processing.
