View development for web and mobile application with React Nextjs

We are looking for a developer with knowledge in React Nextjs
What are you going to develop?
- Configure the template
- 5 views and 1 popup
- Implement REDUX to store the session and user
- Implement access profile: User and administrator (User profile must have changing the user disabled in the CONTACT REPORT view and the SECURITY section will not be displayed in the MENU)
- Views must be responsive, to be used from web and mobile
- Deploy Apache Cordoba to build APK
You will be provided with a template for configuration and to develop the views
