Urban Company Style Platform

I am building a full web + mobile marketplace for on-demand home services—think Urban Company—with special attention on the Service Provider App. The very first release must let cleaners, plumbers and electricians accept “home-door” jobs, manage their profiles and track what they earn, all in a slick, modern UI that feels instantly familiar to today’s gig-economy users.

Preferred stack
React.js or Next.js for web, React Native or Flutter for mobile, backed by Node.js or Spring Boot with a MySQL or PostgreSQL database. JWT-based authentication, role separation (admin, customer, provider) and clean, well-documented REST APIs are non-negotiable.

Scope & deliverables
• Provider Mobile App (highest priority)
• Customer Web & Mobile front ends
• Admin Web Panel with full service, user and payment oversight
• Secure, version-controlled backend with automated tests and CI/CD pipeline
• Database schema, seed data and deployment scripts

Acceptance criteria
• Providers servicing cleaning, plumbing and electrical categories can sign up, receive real-time job offers, check in/out at the customer’s door and view live earnings.
• Customers can browse, book and pay seamlessly.
• Admin can view KPIs and intervene in bookings in real time.
• Code is clean, modular and accompanied by API documentation.
• MVP ready in 8–12 weeks, with weekly progress demos over Zoom or Meet.
