Update Existing Source Code for NFT Marketplace

I have a local copy running on a public development server which I would like some help with adding new features to. Development work will need to be done on my server which I will provide access to.
This opensource script uses the Binance Smart Chain. In addition I am using Hashlips to generate the NFTs and it also creates the json files for me.
New features to include in the NFT Marketplace script:
IPFS Integration
• NFTs should upload to IPFS via API – I already have a local IPFS node running on the same server which the script should use.
• Remove localStorage browser calls and replace those with calls with appropriate IPFS CID for the NFTs
Token Support
• Remove the Ebizon Token requirement.
• Buy and Sell to use BNB BEP20.
Minting
The minting feature already works but needs to be modified.
• Create NFT page should allow uploading NFT images and corresponding JSON files
o Individually and bulk upload options required
o Drag and drop and Select button options required
Solidity Contract Updates
• Token Sale contract updated to include commission as a predefined percentage of the NFT being sold and sent to a marketing wallet address.
• NFT royalty fee contract for creators
o Creators can set a royalty fee for their NFTs when they upload or at anytime after they have uploaded them and still own them.
o Royalties are distributed to the creator when an NFT is sold on from person to person.
o Royalty fee can be set during upload
o Royalty fee can be edited by the owner at any time.
Metatdata
• NFT JSON files should be read in order to display NFT data on any page that displays that NFT.
• If there are multiple NFTs in a collection, then all of the JSON files, or a single master JSON file containing all the other JSON data for the collection, should be read and a percentage used calculated for each attribute and displayed alongside the JSON output. See OpenSea as an example.

• No upfront payments
• Payments released upon milestones only.
• Each milestone must be demonstrated on my server and source code shown.
• Development work to be done on my server.
