Typescript/Next.Js/Electron App Development

I'm searching for a skilled Next.Js/Electron developer to build a user-interactive application on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
Key responsibilities for this project include:
- Implementing the specific simple figma design I've prepared for the application using shadecn.
- Ensuring all buttons are clickable, and also the state is managed. For example, when the user refresh the page/the app, if should show the same state for all sections. And the list of services by project by service should be save in indexedDb, we bypass 10 Mo in cache for this.
The ideal candidate would need:
- Develop using Next.Js in Typescript.
- Cross-platform development for Windows, Mac, and Linux
You need to start your message with Hello World. And tell me how much time you will need for this figma design. Electron is not that required, if you don't know it, and want to learn it, no problem :)
The design is ready to go, all I need is your expertise to turn it into reality!
