Timesheets -- 2

I am looking for a web-based timesheet system that can help me track my employees' time efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing web-based applications and be able to customize the system to meet my moderate level of requirements.

Key requirements:

- Web-based application
- Time tracking feature

Ideal skills and experience:

- Experience in developing web-based application with React and Next JS

HR -
Able to add/edit/terminate employees/managers
Able to add/edit/Inactive PROJECTS

Managers
Able to approve timesheets

Employees
Able to submit timesheets
Able to see previously submitted timesheets

CRON Jobs
Able to trigger emails to hr/manager/employee on Monday to submit the timesheet
Able to trigger PDF report emails to hr/manager at the end of the month

Not for the companies/managers, I am looking for developers within the budget.
