Time Zone Aware Multi-User Scheduler App

I want an app that displays 7 days and their time slots/hours, beginning with the day of I/Admin's choosing. Admin sets the week, (the hours within days are displayed like other scheduling apps), and the site asks Admin to enter in their personal time zone, then asks them to highlight times they're available to meet.
They hit "enter" and the app gives the admin a link to pass out to the team.
Once clicked, teammates are asked what time zone they're in, (using GMT+x format), and their name. Once they've provided that, the app shows them the 7 days admin set, plus another day before or after that based on whether their time zone is forwards or backwards in relation to the admin. Once teammates mark the times they're available, that info (along with names) become visible to everyone else with the link. Ideally at least 100 people could participate. Needpedia has a huge code base so let's try creating a separate little app I can give its own bucket in my AWS account.
