TAKE TEST BEFORE BIDDING: Take over chrome extension project that integrates react.js, prototype with Figma

NO AGENCIES. We are looking for a single, talented person that wants to work on a great project.
We have a chrome extension that adds react.js panel on the bottom of a google doc. It is a working alpha product that helps with writing documents. We want to (1) Beautify the UI and (2) Add additional functions
Right now the bottom react.js panel opens and is static sized. We want an option to (A) toggle it horizontally into a "wide" mode and (B) allow the user to drag the height lower or higher.
To make sure you create a great UI, we want to see a mock up first before coding.
In addition we want to create a side panel in the app. Initially just a holding area for other buttons and functions. In this version, we simple what to place it on the side and see how it interfaces with the application. A few dummy buttons can be placed on it for testing.
Skills needed: Expert with react.js, javascript and chrome extensions. Good-Excellent English is required to interface with our team. To take over the project we need a go-getter that has great skills and a positive attitude.
