Swap and Pool Sales Smart Contract and integrated UI -- 2

I am looking for a skilled blockchain and UI developer to help create a smart contract for a swap and pool sales contract. The ideal candidate will have experience with Polygon and ERC-20 tokens.
We are seeking a smart contract developer to create a Swap and Pool Sales Contract on the Polygon network using already deployed contracts for tokens and staking. Ideally candidate can integrate and build UI.
The tokens used for this contract are SC, SN, and SK reward token, and the staking contracts include
LV1POS = 19SC:1SN,
LV2POS = 19SC:2SN,
LV3POS = 19SC:3SN,
LV4POS = 19SC:4SN
The flow of the swap is as follows:
1. Liquidity providers deposit any of the 4 POS into the swap pool.
2. The pool contract unstakes the POS, leaving the SC and SN tokens loose in the pool.
3. Buyers can purchase any of the four POS levels through the swap pool contract, which stakes the loose tokens and transfers them to the buyer.
4. Excess SN in the pool are distributed to Lv 2,3,4 LP holders proportionally by tracking the balance of each of the 4 pos and more specifically the SN deposited they deposited.
5. Buyers may purchase using USDC and SK and any additional whitelisted Token.
6. Sellers may choose to receive USDC or SK.
7. An adjustable exchange fee is paid in SK to LP holders proportionally based on there deposited SN.
8. There is an adjustable X% USDC/(SC:SN) Pool rebalancing mechanism that swaps or deposits POS into pool and moves excess USDC to a whitelisted wallet address.
9. There are adjustable minimum purchase requirements for each LvPOS, but once a wallet meets a minimum purchase requirement, it is whitelisted to be exempt from the minimum. They may also meet the minimum by adding the same sum in liquidity.
