Stripe connect custom integration

Customer can book their place (camping sites or home stay ) with us . Customer payment is collected by us using stripe payment gateway (card payment).
Once payment is received then customer can cancelled and ask for refund . If refund is 7 days then customer will receive full refund after deducting admin cost. If customer cancel after 7 days then 50% refund.
If customer doesn't cancelled then 24 hours before the check payment will be transferred to service provider after deducting our commission . This will be automated by using stripe connect custom integration. Onboarding of connected account would be handle by stripe.
