Software Developer - Full time

I need an experienced software engineer who can jump straight into hands-on development and coding for modern web applications built with React. The work spans the full lifecycle—designing features, writing clean and testable code, reviewing pull requests, and tuning performance—always following industry best practices, our internal coding standards, and security policies.

You’ll collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Product, and other stakeholders, so clear communication and the discipline to document decisions are essential. On a typical day you might refine a system design with me in Figma or Miro, implement the corresponding components in React, write unit and integration tests, and pair with a teammate to track down a tricky bug.

Key deliverables
• Modular, well-documented React code that meets agreed acceptance criteria
• Automated tests demonstrating solid coverage
• Merge-ready pull requests reviewed and approved in GitHub
• Brief hand-off notes or walkthrough videos for any completed feature

Acceptance criteria for each task will be defined up front; work is considered done once the code is merged, tests pass in our CI pipeline, and performance targets are met.
