Smart working monitoring and automate payroll system

give me the code for my project with propeer file formate ang give the sturcture also ans step by step and topic is smart working monitoring system for an work from home employee in that the camera is open and it record the action and also mo itor screen and in that the employee has to be 12 hr time span and the work done in minimum 12 hr with break and it done in 8 hr then gate reward to amplyee and if emplyee not seen in screen then it show the msg to connect and there is one button to puas and get break in btn work and use ml model to monitor amplyee and emplyee face must be present in that and after 8 hr complete the all data show to admin for payroll system and in that payroll system window is for admin and in that ammount of the emplyee directly calculated according to hrs 2000 per hr if he done work in less time in 9 hr then it recived reward 500 rs and in admin panel he seen every emplyee card and in thatcard time and data or ammount to payble to emplyee and it has 3 login one for user and one for admin and one for managerand on live screen a small dot visible and after click a dot it show the panel for emplyee and in that page it shows the employee history payment and reward and award
