A collaborative learning + mentorship platform where users can join or create learning paths (called “Grids”) around topics like AI, Web Dev, UI/UX, etc.
Each Grid includes a timeline, tasks, resources, forums, and mentors.

User Side:
Account creation via email or Google
Onboarding quiz to personalize skill goals
Dashboard showing ongoing Grids, progress, tasks
Join Grids based on interests or create new ones
Task tracking system (checklists, deadlines)
Resource upload & sharing (PDF, video, external links)
Discussion threads under each task
Weekly progress reports
Mentor Side:
Create and manage Grids
Assign tasks and deadlines
Monitor learner activity and submissions
Host live sessions (Zoom integration)
Direct messaging with learners
Admin Side:
Full user and content management
Approve reported content/users
Analytics (active users, task completion rates, retention)
Ability to feature Grids on homepage

Mentor: Power users who can create/manage grids, tasks, live sessions
Admin: Platform owner/staff with full access to all data and control
