You are an expert UI developer, with excellent UI/UX design skills, pixel perfect. Good communication skills a must.
We have an industrial IOT application/system, collecting data and displaying in useful, powerful and simple charts and graphs. The UI has Admin and User interfaces. The system/application runs both in the cloud and on premises.
Our stack: AWS, IOT, Lambda, Cognito, RESTful APIs, Linux, React, NodeJS, NoSql, Sql, Python, Jira, Slack.
Looking for someone to contribute, not to simply code what is asked for but ask questions, regularly participate in discussions etc.
You enjoy coding the UI and you also enjoy writing automated tests. We'll be building out a new version of an existing MVP. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining the new UI SPA apps.
Duties:
- Design, code, maintain UI
- Participate in regular standups
- Some backend work possible
- Develop automated tests
- Collaborate with team
- Be available, responsible
Requirements:
- Expert Javascript, HTML, CSS, React, Bootstrap, Material
- CS education or code bootcamp + years of experience
- Strong engineering skills, principals
- Good understanding of Auth/ID implementations / Cognito
- Value KISS principal
- Node, Python additional programing language proficiencies a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personable works well with people
- Good cultural fit, willing to join our team
- Enjoy building software solutions, UIs, working with people, collaborating
- Integrity, ethics
- 4 hour overlap with US Central timezone (GMT-5)
