Senior Retool/React Developer for Healthcare Command-Centre Prototype

I am seeking an experienced Retool developer to complete and stabilise an existing healthcare command-centre prototype.

The application is built with Retool App Builder, React, TypeScript, Retool Database and PostgreSQL. It is designed to support a fictional hospital-to-home patient workflow from referral through a 7–15-day care episode and discharge.

The current prototype has a substantial visual interface, authentication and an initial persistent database. The selected developer will complete database-backed workflows, backend role authorisation, patient episode management, alerts, tasks, care plans, orders, audit history and UI quality improvements.

This project uses fictional demonstration data only and is intended for investor, hospital and controlled user-testing demonstrations—not live clinical use.

Complex operational dashboards

Healthcare, remote-monitoring or regulated-workflow experience is preferred.
